Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay & benefits Mon-Fri for some and Tues-Sat for most. Holidays off. Two weeks paid vacation a year even for part timers. A very good place to work as a second job, they work extremely well with those who have other jobs. Completely paid for CDL training. Overall I am proud to work there.
Cons
Hours are 4am until 9am or so depends on when you arrive back. The sick policy is a joke. You have days and get paid for those days but it will count against you. Working the sort can be physically demanding. Driver turnover is happening at a fast rate. As a RTD it takes about 15 years to top out of pay grade.
