Pros

Health benefits, pay for the location, work/life balance, treatment of employees

Cons

Tougher (but not impossible) to move around the company geographically for non-operational / non-sales management and above positions. Many/most are in Memphis.

Pros

If you are smart, very smart and very friendly/popular, once you are Service Manager they will promote you quickly based on these attributes. 5% incentive is nice, if it ever happens. Most employees are very motivated and smart.

Cons

If you aren't one of the "cool kids" or popular, this might make advancement very hard. For every Service Manager, there are only a limited number of Sort Manager and P&D Manager positions open. Sometimes the humor at the stations can be a little racy, etc.
