Good Job. Definitely loved my job!

Cons

Make sure you save your 401K you will need it, I just retired a few years ago and I pay just under $1000,00 a month for health insurance and that's not the top choice.Every year it has gone up.That is for me and my husband. All the years of dedication and hard work this is what happens. Maybe if the top paid execs would take a little less they could spread it around to help offset the cost of our premiums.

Pros

Relatively easy but very physical work. If you are an active person than you shouldn't have any issues with the job itself. Bring water, set a pace and don't exert yourself. Lots of discounts and benefits available. Decent for extra money 2nd but not as a 1st job

Cons

Be prepared to sweat. I've worked in climate controlled warehouses before and would have LOVED if fedex had climate controlled warehouses. Pay was ok if you worked the full hours assigned, however frequently people would be sent home early, cause there was no more work to do.

Pros

If the boss or HR likes you. You will go far within the company. That's how I got promoted. Benefits are good. 5%GEO isn't bad at all. You can just lounge around and sit in the control room and laugh

Cons

Unless your friends or sleeping with management or HR, you won't go far at all. Don't get blacklisted cause it gets bad when they try to push you out. It's patty's world just try to survive.
