Pay is decent. Some hard workers and friendship to be made. Very good benefits. There is decent opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Hours can be rough sometimes. Very busy around the holidays and is nearly impossible to get any time off outside of the actual holiday off. Upper management can be oblivious to whats going on and will often delegate things off for others to do.
