Pros

FedEx has it's good and bad points. They are a great company to work for and had many benefits when I started.

Cons

They protect their managers and their managers are not as good as they should be. They promote the wrong type of people. I don't want to say "all" of the managers are bad, but when they have bad managers they are extemely bad!! Look up litigations against FedEx due to poor management. What I have seen, it appears to be 90% of all litigations.

Pros

Good experience for someone just coming into the job force. You will learn how to interact with customers and deal with the general public. You will learn some basic sales techniques and how to up-sell products. You will also learn some basic computer skills and project management skills to put onto a resume. There are also pretty good medical and 401k benefits.

Cons

There is a large learning curve and allot is expected of you as you will be filling many roles without allot of time to learn all that is needed to do your job.
