Pros

Love the company, and most people I work with, everybody is s team . Love flexible hours. I currently work overnight shift Bc I have a FT job for now during the day. Room to advance if you are a hard worker

Cons

I was hired on PT and told they hire FT within the company. However unfortunately after I was hired I was diagnosed with a spinal disease and could no longer lift hardly at all. They accommodated me, and I work hard still and am a good employee, my issue is when I talked to not management but accommodations person and someone else I was basically told they would have to look into seeing if someone being accommodated fancy of my disability that can’t lift could even be considered for a FT position. I’m not sure if this is legalized I didn’t know I had the disease until after being hired on. But I’m a hard worker regardless, and that’s why there are other spots they need help in that don’t involve lifting (for people like me . I’m not sure who I can talk to about this. The accommodations person basically told me the area they gave me in is for people that need “light duty work” and thatcthevjob may just not be for me. I take that job seriously and was very interested in FT. That sounds like discrimination to me.,other than that I really enjoy working there. Accommodations basically said they are basically doing me a favor by finding other areas to work in to keep my job. And that those areas are made for people who “really need it”. I know this can’t be right... I love it there and want to quit my FT job to work at FedEx and go to school. Does anybody know anything about this? I’m a good employee and this doesn’t make sense.

Pros

Loved working for this company, I started in Wyoming and worked in Utah. Great benefits like paying for college. You will meet great people have fun at work, and it will keep you in shap. Weekly paychecks. In Wyoming, a satellite location is the best cushy environment to work in because low volume so less intense. Pays above average, especially for around 4 hours of work, and they are willing to let you work 2 shifts a day if you want to try to get a little extra cash.

Cons

Very intense working conditions, your personal safety is an issue. Management beats you to crap by forcing you to work harder and faster by dumbing a million packages at you in your trailer. This is how it is working at a hub like in Utah. They tell you, you can load one shift and unload the next shift, but they trick you into loading because loading is more intense than unloading and people call out. Difference is taking down package walls or building them? Just keep in mind, a million packages per min. If you miss too much work they will want to dumb you. It's hard work. For a teenager who needs a butt kicking of the real world should work here, good life lessons. You will go home with lots of pain in your body, so cancel that gym membership. Some days the wait between shifts can be long, because of trucking delays, but if you want that extra cash, better wait it out, plus good rest before another intense shift. There is no clocks so you feel your in a eternal hell. After work hard for what feels like 2 hours but you go look at the time clock it was 5 mins, you may want to cry.
