Laid back work environment. Managers are almost friendly towards staff who are in their work group. Team members are not micromanaged.
Cons
Physically demanding work which can be overwhelming at times. Managers are frequently stuck in the office and the staff have no real direction. Some signs of favoritism. No real punishment for employees who fail to do their jobs.
