Pros

I was with Federal Express for a little over 2 years. I was fortunate enough to transfer into the role of an RTD. All my training was paid for. I would recommend going through there training. There is no contract but I did a year to get experience and decided to leave for work closer to home. My experience was alright. The company as a whole can be pretty dysfunctional. Some coworkers were amazing people who I will miss working with, other folks not so much. As with any job it had ups and downs. It was just time to move on to a job that could give me what I need at this stage in my career.

Cons

Long nights and dysfunctional work environment

Pros

You can almost do the job with your eyes closed. It was a relatively stress free work place with great people to work with. Benefits day one.

Cons

Less than adequate pay and it took 10 years to make top pay which at the time was 34 an hour.
