Pros
-Good Co-workers -Some good local managers that don't hassle you as long as you do your job
Cons
-Company doesn't care about long term employees -With company 17yrs+, Driving for 12yrs+, New drivers/employees start $3 an hour less than me and topped out employees make $8 more an hour because we need drivers. Maxed out drivers only received 3% over the last 2years. -Raises are the same all and have been rare or little over the last decade.
