Pros

401K, employer contributions, competitive pay, hours available if you're willing to stay, overtime per day after 8 worked hours and double time after 12, nice place to meet every type of person possible.

Cons

Minimal hours unless you're trained but training is available, hard work depending on the operation, lots of complaining kids working for the first time and retirees doing the bare minimum.

Health benefits are ok. Work environment depends on management.

Cons

Pay is not comparable to work requirements at any level. Benefits on the job have all been removed and employees are still required to work above and beyond.

Great opportunities to move up in the company. Also they have some wonderful benefits for every employee.

Cons

Hard to move to new positions and the positions that you hold require a lot but you don't get what your worth all the time.
