Pros

Job Security is great. If you aren't late and don't miss too many days then you have a job.

Cons

Unless you want to eventually become a manager then there's no room for advancement past being a Ramp Agent.

Pros

Pay and benefits are great generous overtime too.

Cons

Give them a hand and they will take your arm. You can easily work yourself to death. Lot of lazy people just take up job positions while the hard workers have to do everyone's work too.
