MANAGEMENT IS TRASH. The senior has no idea what's going on in his building. Managers are TRASH. They hold everyone else but themselves accountable. Sit in the office not managing causing issues that the people who care get the blame for. Talk crazy, always yelling and screaming talking crazy to the actual workers and let lazy people do whatever they want. Pick and choose who and when they hold accountable to policies and procedures unless you kiss they ....
