Pros

Great Company Overall. Great pay. Reasonable jobs.

Cons

Poor leadership. They let anyone become a manager. This contributes greatly to all of Fedex Express’ problems.

Pros

Depending on location can make a lot of overtime or do your minimum shift with no problems.

Cons

Very few exceptions made for attendance rate. Can get fired for using allotted sick days.

Pros

A lot of OT. Good job to start and can make it into a career. Good pay for level of skill needed to do job. Opportunities to advance if you pursue it.

Cons

Really hard on the body. Long days. High reliance on part timers and so there is a lack of commitment from them and being short staffed, which leads you to be doing a lot of work yourself.
