Pros

Have had nothing but problems since I transferred to night side from days.

Cons

management is horrible, HR doesn't help with anything and would rather help managers instead of employees

Pros

Some of the minute pros would be the job is outdoors so you enjoy the weather we're blessed with, and some of the select employees can turn into life-long friends.

Cons

It's hard to start, but I would say in the Management department there's no accountability nor do they possess Leadership qualities. If you're anyone other than yourself you're outcasted and have to endure torment.

Pros

Flexible hours and freedom of movement on the ramp. We worked from an ops center, so I could be by myself when I wanted. We rotated positions, and some weeks were harder or easier than others.

Cons

Loud environment and dangerous ramp conditions. Also, not allowed to bring phone into hubs, which was a personal hazard in case of emergency.
