Pros

You will not find another job position in different company with better conditions. First job as a part-time for students or young employees is a good begining in your career.

Cons

Middle management are not good enough for a great company. Many years of part-time jobs unmotivated employees. Internal promotions are not that comun.

Pros

Good starting pay for handlers. Full benefits for part time employees after six months. Opportunities for overtime and advancement were available. Tuition assistance for full time students.

Cons

Shifts are usually either very early in the morning or late at night. Job is very physical and involves working in both extreme cold and heat.
