Pros

Solid fundamentals, the company treats employees with respect, it is a great place to learn as you can be exposed to a lot of different areas. Healthcare benefits meet my families needs.

Cons

No raises or bonuses for a few years now. Somewhat of a quasi government agency culture in some areas (complacent). Young talent is leaving. Do not support telecommuting.

Pros

The culture is positive and helpful. Despite the pressure of being an Express company, most areas are fairly laid back, although expectations are high for new hires.

Cons

There is a certain 'hourly' culture among many professionals who have been with the company for 30+ years. Often, people with much seniority have been in the same position for their entire career and have no motivation to change.
