      Manufacturing job treated like retail.

      Pros

      Stable job. Finds new revenue streams to continue to expand.

      Cons

      Very demanding with lower than industry standard pay. Benefits used to make up for the gap but insurance benefits have been drastically reduced and cost more. Bonuses structured so they're almost impossible to obtain.

      Pros

      Benefits were great. Paid time off, sick time, floating holidays and holiday pay. Tuition reimbursement. My coworkers were the best! Loved working with them. Flexible schedule, very flexible with school. Opportunities for advancement within the company.

      Cons

      Customers. The WORST thing about this job was the customers. Annoying and irritating or would get upset if you couldn't do something for them on the spot as if there's not a self service area where you can do your own work. Want you to do everything for them like go to their email and attach something, no do it yourself. Complain about prices like there isn't the library or staples.

      Great benefits. If you are lucky enough, they work with your schedule.

      Cons

      In my case, some people I work with have an attitude all the time or are bossy. They make it a big deal if you make a mistake.
