Flexible work schedule, 401k ok, dental, etc. summer hours are nice.

Cons

New office is terrible - open environment with NO privacy, and no option for sit/stand desk. Desks crammed together with no sides sitting right next to Managers - Managers are even in cubes. People making decisions will be in offices so they don't care about the well being of employees as it won't change their situation. People making decisions need to consider employee though and well - being - terrible new building - employees will drop like flies.
