      Pros

      I've always worked with great team members, the business is solid and growing, able to transfer as my life requires, lots of opportunities for learning, always something new to do, attentive and engaged management, sales expectations seem to match the business trend. Pay is fair, lots of advancement opportunities if you're interested.

      Cons

      Understaffed, FedEx Office seems more concerned with saving money by crunching payroll then making sure their customers are satisfied. The new benefits package is substandard compared to last years package.

      Pros

      FedEx Office really cares about my development and career path. The training is the best I've had so far in my career. My goal is to be promoted within the next year.

      Cons

      I work hard and I'm very busy. There is a lot to know and lots of information to manage. Like everybody else payroll can be an issue too.
