Pros

Its something different everyday. Very fast paced and you get experience with many different programs and you can assist in being very creative for people. All in all a great place to work if you have a great team. The team and managers make all the difference.

Cons

Store to store management and employees differ so be careful. Sometimes managers are great and accommodating and others have no clue how to manage people or run the store and they are completely satisfied with being incompetent and putting the blame on everyone else.

Competitive pay, Great Benefits, Training available on demand. You get what you put into it for sure. If you make the effort to be outstanding and recognized, you will be. Plenty of advancement opportunities, you need to look for them and have the proper experience for them.

Cons

Not all managers are created equal. Defiantly some really good and really bad managers out there. But most of those really bad managers don't end up lasting very long with the company.
