      Pros

      Customers are friendly and work gets done.

      Cons

      The lady is hard to work with and criticizes and talks down to people like she's better than everybody.

      Pros

      It pays the bills I guess. Compensation is alright, but it's not nearly as much as we should be getting for everything that we do.

      Cons

      Everything else basically. The hours fluctuate constantly and they can't hire enough people to keep the place properly staffed. The turnover is so high that nobody can be properly trained and the brunt of the work is left on tired team members that have nowhere else to go.

      Pros

      Fantastic benefits, great hours, strong reliable company to work for. They fly you out to corporate in Dallas for two weeks of leadership training. They really invest in your growth and truly give you all the opportunity in the world to grow.

      Cons

      The job can be very stressful. As a manager you are responsible for many internal metrics each month. You must be great at coaching and training people. Your team is what makes the store thrive or not. If you do not coach internally and rally the team around what the focus is, you will be swimming against the current. Plus side is you re given plenty of "opportunities" to continue to grow if you initially struggle. Overall FedEx is a great corporation to work for, you really cant beat it.
