Good for if you need a job to get you off your feet. Most stores are metro accessible.

Cons

They are tight with the money. No overtime and there are times even bei my a full time employee where you are working part time hours. Not a place if you want to grow a family at a steady pace. They are cheap until you become a store manager 3 or flagship

Work with nice coworkers. Resume filler. Something to do for a while.

Cons

Under paid for what you do and must know. All of the managers come up soo short in talent. Company cutting benefits. No creative juices. Standing all shift. Busting hump for management that doesn't really care about you. Under paid in all positions. They get what they paid for talent wise. Stay for a little while but don't stay for long as it crushes your soul and wallet. So many I work with can't afford life with these jobs. Sad.

The work kinda fullfills me. It's just a job in many ways, but it's a job I don't mind doing. Like everything in life jobs come with imperfections, I just choose to work through them,

Cons

In the terms of some management, I just feel fedex puts the some of the wrong people in places of power. That's broad statement and I'll stand by it.
