. competitive benefits with similar roles in other companies . leadership training was a great experience . CEO Brian Philips is a likeable guy, but we still felt not heard

Cons

. expected to share employees even if you are operating on a bare bones team . did not get paid enough to take over the multiple roles i was responsible for . felt like a glorified team member with very little power to enact changes within my own store based on what my team members wanted . not a good work life balance
