      At one point, Fedex Office was a decent job.

      Holidays off, sick time, PTO, Excellent benefits at great prices.

      FedEx at one point was a good place to work. Now they’re just continuing to go downhill. They keep adding extra work and they don’t raise our pay. On top of all that, if you fail to get a successful rating during your performance appraisal, you are denied your yearly merit increase. Also moving up in the company is tough if you want to get into corporate. The job opportunities there are very slim unless you try to move up in store and become a store manager. Team member positions are in abundance. Anything above that? Not much. I used to recommend FedEx to my friends, but I don’t anymore.

      Pros

      Busy at times with no help, angry customers but often very understanding customers. Managers can be on shift and in the office all day and will only come out to help once your line is out the door. The pay is decent and full time hours. Did not feel too stressed in personal life due to work. Some days were better than others. Overall I would recommend, not for long term but you can get a couple good years/pay/experience and move on.
