You can move up very fast if you take initiative.

Cons

You only get 5-7% promotion increase. It used to be 20%. The annual increase is terrible. The VP’s, CEO and etc., are great!

The company Benefits (EAP, Tuition Reimbursement, health, etc...), employee appreciation (Birthday celebration, work anniversary, store spirit, etc....), and advancement opportunity are all great qualities seen during the duration I was there.

Cons

High pace (On your feet for hours, multitasking, etc...), staffing (coverage, limit store hours, etc...), and limited/cutting hours.
