Pros

The job was remote at first

Cons

Either lazy management or micromanagement. Uninformed leads. Pay sucks. About to be hybrid. Always new training and new requirements no raises. Required overtime.

Pros

Fully remote - great benefit.

Cons

Everything else. Management plays the blame game and refuse to understand that their workers aren’t lazy; they’re overworked because the company consistently is cutting departments and forcing that work onto the workloads of others.

Pros

I did learn a lot about imports and customs. And I was able to work remotely during my time there.

Cons

Bad team dynamics, quota system setup, revoked remote work, company structure changes with large layoffs, stagnant pay, and unequal pay for same position.
