      Pros

      The work is easy, you get health insurance.

      Cons

      You have to work in the office and the work is mindless. You won't get any meaningful raise. It's better to keep swapping jobs. Also it feels like management is actively trying to get people to quit by creating new miserable policies.

      The pay is not good and the work is complex but once you get the hang of it it’s not too bad considering you get to work from home.
