Good pay, not very hard job, ask for help and you will get it.

Cons

Hours worked depends on how much freight is coming in and going out. I would get a call the that I was suppose and told not to come in usually about 1hr - 30mn before your shift would start. On some of the days that I worked it only be for about 2 or 3 hrs. I was averaging about 15hrs a week. Make sure a second source of income

Pay, Home time, Benefits, Good Equipment. The employees are easy to get along with. Employees are taken care of really well.

Cons

Seniority based system. This is the only thing I do not like. But then again I never really have been a fan of this method.

Good company with good benefits, good team atmosphere and most folks want to work towards a common goal. Pay is competitive with the market

Cons

Long hours and very little help from a staffing standpoint, senior management team will leave you in the dark until charges are introduced! Company will take care of drivers first before management due to fear of unionization
