It all depends on the Manager of the facility , lack of leadership and common sense are very prevalent especially in Erie , Pa and Harrisburg , Pa facilities. I find no pros - sorry

Management!!!!play favorites. Unprofessional with communicating with dockworkers. Seem to promote the ones who are butt kissers. And the center manager will tell the supervisors not to trust you. Hard work is not appreciated but the slackers are. They say their a diverse company but only promote the ones that do nothing but talk or cant push freight. Dont believe me, apply at HGR and you will find out because they will hire anyone
