FedEx has a large ego and they love to prove that they are in control of you as an employee

Good Benefits decent pay. Equipment is in good shape

Cons

Long Hours they treat you as "property" I was told by supervisor that Fed Ex Freight owns me and will work me as they see fit and that I am no different than the tractors in the yard and If I don't like it turn in my badge. This is the company you are applying to. If your new they will run you into the ground and treat you like crap. ASK ANYONE HOW THE TURN OVER RATE IS. Don't expect a life if you work for FedEx

Small office, friendly people, everyone was easy to get along with, cool bosses, job was very straight-forward, bonuses, employee appreciation

Cons

It gets really slow during the winter months... other than that I can't think of anything else bad.
