Not many. Can be physically demanding at times, depending on job class.

Great big name company to work for. FedEx isn't going anywhere for a long time. Genuine good attitude across the dock. Lots of professionalism.

Cons

Upper management has had some times when I would question their decisions. Small mistakes will get you fired if there's a reocurrance of the same problem.
