Pros

Excellent pay considering the trade. Lots of opportunity for growth. Lots of equipment, plenty for everyone. It's not always the best maintained equipment but you can always find the right tool for the job .

Cons

There seems to be very little accountability. If we find a mistake somebody made or something they did wrong and they are already gone for the day. Then they are off Scott free there is no follow-up the next day. I got hired with a specific schedule that fit my family life. It was soon "temporarily"changed. It's been two years I'm still waiting for the temporary change to subside. Some employees are able to work the exact hours they ask for. Others are forced into starting whenever management decides

Great company, benefits and competitive salary. People are very friendly and come from diverse backgrounds. There's a lot of room for personal advancement.

Cons

The hours can be long and difficult. Can also be very stressful as the business continues to grow. A bit understaffed in key areas of the operation.
