      Pros

      Flexible, weekly pay, easy to get days off. Great workout. Very physical. Great discount on FedEx products and shipping rates.

      Cons

      Severe glass ceiling. The Sparks location of FedEx Freight is a service center not a hub. You can be a dockworker or a driver. That's it! Give one of those positions 5-8 years of hard work and then you may become a supervisor. The only way to move up is to move away. Part time employment only for dockworkers.

      Pros

      Part-time supervisor and/or dockworker jobs provide EXCELLENT compensation. Shifts go by very quickly, so long as you're productive.

      Cons

      Can be stressful depending upon time of month/year, and the level of scrutiny from upper management.
