Management doesn't care and sweeps a lot of things under the rug. Good luck with hr cuz they don't do anything either. Drivers pull illegal and broken equipment all the time because they don't check it then they will blame maintenance for not finding it. Place is crazy. To move up you will almost certainly have to transfer to some place else.
