Very supportive management. I even had a personal phone call from way high up (district manager). Benefits are very decent. An awesome company to work for.

Cons

Full time employees are only guaranteed 30 hours as opposed to most other places. If there's a shortage of freight, especially in the winter season, if you get done with your deliveries and pick-ups in 4 hours, you get sent home.
