Pros

FedEx freight in Fremont is a awesome place to work. The leadership team is quality and safety driven. If employees work hard and do their job, there will be no issues. There is also great room for advancement.

Cons

Very hot in the summer, very cold in the winter.

Understaffed, working conditions could be better, and advancement is mostly acquired through who you know, and not by how good of a worker you are!

Pros

Great company with decent benefits and a great crew to work with. Getting off work early is nice and it leaves you time to work another job if you want to.

Cons

The hours, working at 3 am everyday can get very grinding after 6 months or so. Going to bed early doesn't help either because you can't really plan to do anything in the evening times so that can effect family time.
