Good bonus percentage Okay pension

Cons

Bonus not paid often -in ten years i only received a bonus 5 times. Usually somewhere around half the max percentage. Depending on your manager raises are equally spread out amongst management meaning there is minimal incentive to over achieve. Unfair gaps in wages per management groups. Not a family friendly schedule.

Job is straight forward - load and unload. Part-time hours to supplement income was a plus. Some flexibility in scheduling. Great group of people that all worked together to get the job done.

Cons

Graveyard shift. The leads with no leadership development or training caused a great deal of conflict
