Pros

Decent management, nature of work is good. Decent 401k above average.

Cons

LTL industry has peak (summer) and slow seasons (winter), but the slow seasons are a lot harder at FedEx Freight compared to other LTL's. Medical insurance premiums are afforadable and in network providers are plentiful, however you have to spend $3,600 before meeting deductible and that's with the best family plan offered.
