You wil be in the best shape of your life

Cons

I've worked Amazon, Veho ect.. and nothing, and I mean nothing is as bad as working for Fed Ex ground. No 401k, and almost everyone is part time. Very little room for growth since all of the drivers are contractors. No air conditioning working in 100 degree plus environments, and often very far from water or bathrooms.

Some managers are younger and inexperienced. Sometimes overtime gets cut and no matter how hard a worker you are they pull it from everyone
