I was a dock worker here for about 6 months. They pay very well, but you have to really work and hustle.

One of the best paying jobs out there.

Cons

Your expect to work like crazy and not make any mistakes or have any safety violations. Didn't have much of a social life because I was working all the time.

Pay and benefits were great! Most hourly staff is hard working and engaged in quality. Salary leaders are experienced and intelligent.

Cons

So much responsibility and workload for salary leaders, that taking shortcuts to keep the operation running smooth is a must. No mercy in amount of hours worked and weather conditions. Endless challenges.
