Pros

Compensation is just about the only reason why someone should even begin to contemplate working for this company.

Cons

Constantly restructuring the freight lanes. Obviously, that means there is no clear direction the company is headed. They will take 60 runs/jobs from one location, move them to another location 250 miles away, move the 60 employees and their families affected by this decision and then move those 60 jobs back to the location they moved them from to begin with...horrible management. Too many 'red shirts' trying to make a name for themselves.

Pros

Great pay and benefits.smaller terminals allow for better work hours. And lots of overtime if you want it. Days go by very fast . You will never be asked to do something that you aren’t confident in doing and safety is top priority.

Cons

Seniority can have a big affect on working the dock or driving depending on the days work load. Can be very physical at times.
