Pros

FXF has been a great place to work. The company offers many benefits, take good care of their associates as a rule, train available if needed.

Cons

I’ve only been at FXF for 4 months so far. The technology that is relied on is grossly outdated and unreliable. Other than that there really isn’t anything I can complain about.

From day one, FedEx emphasizes safety as well as productivity. You will work in an environment where the work of your hands will speak volumes. An open door policy allows anyone to bring issues to proper management. Communication and follow-up will ensure action on issues.

Cons

Working at FedEx means working with people. Some co-workers or managers will handle things in a human way which may interfere with habitual processes such as paperwork or cleanliness and even safety. Overall, it's not perfect.
