extra long hours, supposed to be 50 a week and you work from 65-70. abusive bosses and ridiculous goals. understaffed.

Pros

Very easy for the pay you get. Everyone is for the most part friendly and helps out when they can. Get same benefits as everyone else...as long as you sign up each year by the end of the deadline.

Cons

Gets really cold in the winter and really hot in the summer. Part time job are paid by the hour. If there is little work, you will get VERY little hrs. (ave usually 20/week). Everyone chews and spits and uses inappropriate language (probably because most are truck drivers). Training very basic. Had to learn most things myself

The schedule can begin early in the morning, hazardous, cold, hot and labor intensive as a dockworker.
