Standard office politics is really the worst thing you have to deal with. Support of lower level leaders can be inconsistent from senior management

Cons

You will wish you were on vacation every day. Working multiple desks, high stress:low gratitude ratio, no openings for advancement in years, no salary increases (also not competitive) once you've reached top of the scale yet no promotion opportunities. This review won't likely matter to anyone because they never hire. Sinking shop!
