1.) Good flexibility in office hours 2.) Good Pay 3.) Good work culture in most of the teams (yet to be improved in few teams)

Cons

1.) Some teams are completely toxic in terms of treating the employees, completely filled with regional bias and this's for just few teams. 2.) Comparitively less hikes than expected. 3.) No freedom to express our thoughts.

The office looks nice and they finally have free coffee.

Cons

No vision benefits, low pay, not very flexible with letting people work remote. Raises are tiny. Every 2-3 weeks on-call for 12 hours Mon-Sunday. The work itself is very dull, the 401k payout is at the end of the year, the overall % contribution match is below standard and based on profits not a fixed rate.
