Direct management has been good. Compensation is good if you grow at an alarming rate at high profit margins. You can generate your own team dynamic. Freedom of managing operations

Corporate..., Upper management is poor, Too many hours for the stress and compensation, Promotion of dishonest employees is common, Company culture is poor to non-existing (maybe it was good under the founder), Lean team environment can be too lean, Very poor management of internal relations

The only reason to work here is to gain industry experience then move on to a company that appreciates hard work

Cons

They have tremendously high turnover, it's a revolving door. They just this year decided to try to compensate managers so they wouldn't lose as many, but didn't take into consideration they've been screwing seasoned managers to the point many want to quit.
