Pros

Pay is not bad for a college student. If you’re ok with working while you friends party every weekend lol. They promote from within so that’s a really good thing but at the same time you have to get your name out here to get those better positions.

Cons

Late night and warehouse work. Not for everyone. It doesn’t seem like all opportunities are made available to the people on the floor.

Minimal micro managing Off all major holidays

Cons

Your pto time gets used no matter what. Once it is used, the off boarding process(getting fired) starts. No overtime. There’s no room for growth. There are no pay raises. Very poor work environment. Warehouse workers are treated differently from those in office. They will fire you based of word of mouth, no proof needed. Extremely poor diversity. People of color are majority lower level employees . Even more noticeable as you work up the chain of commands. There’s a lot of favoritism and sexism.
