Pros

The co-workers are good people, mostly young so they don't stick around too long. The company in whole has a good reputation so sales wasn't too challenging.

Cons

Poor support from district managers, got a lot of blame when branch missed goal, when company hit a billion dollars in sales, everyone got a beach towel as a thank you.

Pros

Worldwide company, Internal job opportunities, Exposure to many industries, Great training program. Ability to manage own accounts, while being customer focused. Ability to gain a wide variety of skills and techniques. Commission can be very good if you are continually growing. Good benefits for full-time employees

Cons

Low starting salaries, unless you are a manager, but even then the amount of work and hours is not worth the money> Commission can be good but the more you sell each month the harder it gets to make more money due to growth rate. Not to many advancement opportunities past Outside sales, DM's will limit you, sell you on the position you are in while also trying to sell you on your mediocre salary. Long hours, heavy work load.

Pros

Weekdays only and management works with you for schedule at least for part time

Cons

Minimal training then thrown into it. Made to do physical work akin to a light factory setting only no union and no established breaks or lunches. "Eat and Sit" when you can. Which translates into you look lazy if you do and others aren't. Position was bolstered as a great starting point but is looking to be the slave of the store. While others sit and chat about their off hours times you get to clean and actually do physical work most of the time. Expected to handle money and situations that could cost the company money with minimal training and support.
