The company has lots of enjoyable coworkers.The training the company offers helps you do your job much more than other companies,

Cons

Branches are very small and limit growth. Commission is mostly based on month over month growth which limits you earnings and creates unrealistic expectations after good months. Mostly outdoor sales on your feet delivering items you sell all day.

All the colleague was very helpful, the working environment is pretty good, though it can be hectic depending on the week. It can be a good stepping stone for a freshie.

Cons

The leaders were not transparent enough. As a sales staff, the salary + bonus was not worth the amount of workload you do every month.
