      Pros

      You basically own the business. You don’t have senior management breathing down your neck. You make your own schedule and so long as you’re bringing in profit along with you team you won’t have any issues. Decentralization is key at this company. They know how much value it is to for employees to own their work and be proud of it.

      Cons

      Yeah some operations can get annoying but it’s worth the pay, ease and flexibility of the job.
